GLOBAL’S PRIDE!

Hello everyone!

GLOBAL INNOVATIVE respects students’ individuality and self expression. The campus environment is so receptive to the diverse culture and interests of every individual enrolled in the college. They are further supported by the varied student organizations formed to address individual needs of students. This setting has motivated students to excel in their respective fields of interests and to be true to who they really are. A number of them stand out and have been recognized  because of their exceptional talents and skills.

Let me introduce you 3 of them who made GLOBAL INNOVATIVE proud!

GCIC is proud to have MS. BEA CANDAZA, a Junior Education student majoring in English at the School of Education of Global Innovative. This very sweet gal has been featured in the recent GMA 7′s Festival of Christmas Short Films with actor Dominic Roco (son of the actor Bembol Roco) titled “BIG BOY”.

She has also appeared in several TV and print ads including VOICE Overload, The Travel Club, AVON and has modeled for many fashion designers in the country. Despite her stature, she remained humble, charming and friendly-words used by her many friends in the campus to describe her.

Another pride of GLOBAL INNOVATIVE is MS. FRENCHELLE ARL QUEZON, a Nursing student, and is a known KPOP Music Fanatic.

She has won the POPULARITY AWARD after getting the highest number of LIKES from her Youtube Video entry for the 2011 PINOY KPOP STAR held in October last year at the Korean Cultural Center in Taguig.

She is a typical charming girl in the campus who will normally be surrounded by her gal mates talking about their KPOP idols. Very few people in the college knew that she has a wonderful voice until she posted her video on YOUTUBE. Then, a star is born.

With the invasion of KPOP Culture in the Philippines, one male student of GLOBAL INNOVATIVE has recently just brought pride to the school because of his great interest to KPOP. Another Globalian pride is MR. DONDIE MARTIN from the School of Nursing.

Dondie is just a simple guy in the campus who will always flash a smile as you see him around. You would not even notice that he is known to the many KPOP fanatics because of his laid back personality. Last December 30, 2011, he bagged the title for the KPOP Convention 3 KPOP Look-a-Like Contest. The KPOP Convention is said to be the biggest and the official KPOP Body in the country.

They are just some of the many jewels of GLOBAL INNOVATIVE. They can be claimed as GCIC’s “home-grown” talents!
